Welcome to MAKSIMOM, the official application of MAKSIMON Marketplace (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using MAKSIMOM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION

MAKSIMOM is a multi-vendor marketplace platform that allows users to list, discover, buy, and sell products and services.

Important principles of the Platform:

  • •MAKSIMOM does not process payments
  • •MAKSIMOM does not act as merchant of record
  • •All payments occur directly between buyers and sellers
  • •Sellers use their own third-party payment providers

MAKSIMOM is a software infrastructure provider only.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

2.2 Unified Account Model

Each user has one account that may act as:

  • •Visitor (unauthenticated)
  • •Buyer
  • •Seller (with active subscription)
  • •Admin / SuperAdmin (internal roles)

2.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • •All activity under your account
  • •Providing accurate information

3. SELLERS

3.1 Seller Subscription

To sell on MAKSIMOM, users must subscribe to a paid seller plan.

  • •No transaction fees are charged by MAKSIMOM
  • •Failure to pay may result in unpublishing of listings

3.2 Seller Obligations

Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • •Their listings
  • •Pricing, taxes, refunds, and delivery
  • •Compliance with local laws
  • •Customer support and dispute resolution

Sellers are the merchant of record for all transactions.

4. PAYMENTS & TRANSACTIONS

4.1 Payment Providers

Payments are handled exclusively by third-party providers such as:

  • •PayPal
  • •Other supported providers

4.2 No Financial Intermediation

MAKSIMOM:

  • •Never receives buyer funds
  • •Never processes payments
  • •Never issues refunds
  • •Never splits or routes payments

All payment disputes must be resolved directly between buyer and seller.

5. REFUNDS, RETURNS & DISPUTES

  • •Refunds are governed by the seller’s own policy
  • •MAKSIMOM does not enforce refunds
  • •MAKSIMOM may mediate but is not obligated to intervene

6. KYC & VERIFICATION

To protect platform integrity, sellers may be required to submit:

  • •Business documents (if applicable)

Verification is:

  • •Manual
  • •Reviewed by Admins
  • •Subject to approval or rejection

7. CONTENT & CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • •Post illegal or fraudulent content

MAKSIMOM reserves the right to:

  • •Suspend accounts

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access if:

Users may delete their account at any time.

10. DISCLAIMERS

We do not guarantee:

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAKSIMOM is not liable for:

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where MAKSIMON Marketplace is legally registered.
