Delivery & Logistics

MAKSIMOM is software only. Delivery is handled directly by sellers.

Who is responsible?

The seller is fully responsible for packing, shipping, delivery, tracking, proof of delivery, and any delivery-related support. MAKSIMOM does not provide logistics services and does not participate in delivery.

Supported delivery options

  • Seller-managed shipping: the seller ships using their chosen carrier.
  • In-person delivery: the seller delivers directly to the buyer.
  • Collect on delivery: the buyer pays the seller when the order is delivered.

Carrier requirement

For each listing, sellers must specify the logistics carrier (or delivery provider) they will use. This helps buyers understand how delivery will be handled.

Future integration (planned)

We’re keeping the system ready for future carrier integrations like EBEP Express. This is not connected yet — for now, sellers use self-managed delivery.
